Who is responsible
María Teresa Molina Monleón, NIF 37747138K, address Carrer d'Alemanya 67, bajo 1, 08201 Sabadell, Barcelona, Spain, email [email protected]. Referred to below as "we".
What we collect, and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email, if you subscribe | To send you the free wallpaper and one email per new pack | Your consent | Until you unsubscribe |
| Your email and order details, if you buy | To deliver the files and issue an invoice | Performing the contract, and our tax obligations | 6 years, as Spanish commercial law requires |
| Anything you write to us | To answer you | Our legitimate interest in replying | 2 years |
We do not collect names, addresses or phone numbers, and we never see your card details.
Who else touches it
Only the two companies that run the shop, and only for what they do:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment, invoicing and file delivery. They are the merchant of record, which means they are legally the seller and they handle VAT. They see your email and payment details; we only see your email and what you bought.
- MailerLite — the newsletter. They store your email and whether you opened things.
- Netlify, Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 296, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — the hosting company that serves this page.
Both operate outside the EU and rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for the transfer. Nobody else gets your data, and it is never sold, rented or handed to advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing to accept, so there is no banner asking you to. If that changes, a banner appears before anything is set, and refusing will be exactly as easy as accepting.
What you can do about it
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, take it elsewhere, or object to it entirely. Write to [email protected] and it is done within a month, usually within one working day. No form, no proof of identity beyond writing from the address in question.
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe in the footer. Using it removes you immediately.
If you think we have handled this badly you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, at aepd.es. We would rather you told us first.
Children
This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly hold data from anyone under 14, the age of digital consent in Spain.
